Please join us for The Golden Art Gallery's most important event of the year. The Golden Art Gallery will have a dazzling array of Japanese textiles, kimono, prints and artists as well as related art. Admission to the exhibition is free. The gallery will be open daily during the exhibit.

Thursday, June 25 - Kimono Show Gala ReceptionThe gala reception is Thursday June 25, 4-8 pm. Seattle's Maggie Backman, an authority on Japanese textiles and owner of Things Japanese, will introduce and discuss the magnificent textiles which are on loan from a private collection. There will be Hors d'oeuvres, Wines of the Neighborhood, and music, too. Please come join us. Saturday July 11, 4:30 to 6 pm - Japanese-Inspired DinnerA highlight of the exhibition is this fundraising dinner featuring a Japanese-inspired menu. Set under tents outside the gallery, the dinner is served continuously from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Local wines are available for purchase by the glass. Tickets sales begin June 23, $12 for adults, $5 for children 13 and under. Tickets at the door are $15. And after dinner... |
Saturday July 11, 6 pm - Live AuctionJohn Phillips of Rising Bid Auctions hosts the sale of artwork donated by gallery artists. John's quick wit and easy style make the auction highly entertaining.
