Back by popular demand, a "blind tasting flight!" Only this time it's a wonderful white varietal named Viognier.
Having had red varietals as the subject at our previous blind tastings, we thought white wine lovers would appreciate some equity in opportunity.
So it's a flight of local Viognier! Sample some of the finest Viognier from Klickitat County - East and West. Experience the power and complexity of many people's favorite white varietal, and maybe we can even - if we work hard together- decide how to pronounce it!
We will simplify the rigors of appraisal this time. All we want you to tell us is which one you like best.
Also, for those who insist on a red to make the evening complete, we will sample a new blend from Syncline Wine Cellars.
