It was a very cold and still night outside (22 degrees!) but inside the Golden Art Gallery there was warmth and fun. About 35 folks came to enjoy the wine tasting and excellent food provided. The Gallery had a White Sale on all items that had some white in or on them. Several folks took advantage of the 10% discount on arts and crafts.
A fun game was featured with the idea of naming any item you saw with pink in it. You filled in the blanks and turned in your snowman card and then were entered into a drawing for a prize. It was a lot of fun and folks really enjoyed doing it, kept them looking at art. The winner was Carol Schoot. The games are a fun way to check out all the art. Be sure to remember our Final Fridays each month, an evening with original music and musicians.

Golden Art Gallery Classes
The Golden Art Gallery
currently has classes in ceramics, pencil drawing, watercolors and oriental art.
Resuming in February - Classes for Adult and Children's Ceramics taught by Charlotte Van Zant-King at Father's House Fellowship. Charlotte is also teaching a class in Oil Painting at the same location.
Interested in Watercolors? Charlene Morrison teaches by appointment. Please call the Gallery at 509-773-5100 to schedule an appointment.
Children's Studio - Wednesday Afternoons
Open Studio for Kids each Wednesday, ages 8 to 14, at 4:00 PM with Margaret Burkhart. Great after school activity for kids!
Saturday Classes
Joan Crice teaches a class every second Saturday called Instruction with Pencil.
