Artist Reception at the Golden Art Gallery - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner and Oral Auction at the American Legion Hall - 4:30 p.m.
This is our annual fund raising event, in which we present a special exhibit, a preview reception, a dinner, and oral and silent auctions. The Golden Art Gallery is committed to adding to the cultural and educational resources of our small community. As a non-profit operation with no paid staff, we depend on sales, fund-raising events, our artist members and volunteers to help us continue our gallery operations.
We have offered special exhibits for the past years, such as our Salvador Dali exhibit, the art work of Red Skelton, Australian Native Art, Japanese Kimonos, the World of Mosaics and African Tribal Art. This year we are inviting glass makers from Washington, Oregon, and elsewhere, to exhibit contemporary fused and blown glass.
